2. Service-Based Refunds

Since our services involve dedicated time, effort, and creative resources from our team, refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery:

Before Work Begins: If you request a refund before we have commenced any work on your project, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

Work in Progress: If work has already begun, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the value of work completed and resources utilized.

Completed Services: Once services have been fully delivered, refunds are generally not available as the work has been completed as agreed.

3. Subscription Services

For recurring subscription plans:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time (see our Cancellation Policy)

• Refunds for the current billing period are not provided upon cancellation

• No refunds will be issued for partial months of service

4. Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase or charge date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

• Services that have been fully delivered and completed

• Custom or personalized work created specifically for your requirements (thumbnails, videos, etc.)

• Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (advertising spend, software licenses, stock footage, etc.)

• Services where deliverables have been accepted or approved by you
