2. Services
Rerendering provides YouTube marketing services, video production, thumbnail design, and related digital marketing services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 7 days of invoice. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for overdue accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Work: Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Your Materials: You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. By providing materials, you grant us permission to use them for the purpose of completing your project.
6. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Confidentiality
We will keep all client information and project details confidential. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rerendering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies and refund eligibility will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and payment is due for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
10. Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as view counts, subscriber growth, or revenue increases. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
